The Institute'. Ominous right? Makes you wonder what they're teaching in there. All I know is that whoever gets sentenced for re-education is never quite right again.

This is a large kit but is easy to make and paint. It allows units with large bases (40mm) to walk up the staircase and take cover behind the wall. The top level is accessible with the A/C unit used as a handle.
The monolithic and imposing design is suitable for modern wargaming and sci-fi games like Warhammer 40,000 and Infinity the game.
