Pre-Order Policy
PREORDER POLICY
Change of Mind: If you request to cancel your pre-order due to a change of mind, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
Breach of Availability Terms: For any pre-orders placed in breach of the availability terms (such as exceeding order limits or available shipping methods), and thus subject to cancellation, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
Timeframe: Change of Mind cancellations can only be requested up to 1 week before the release date of the item. Event Ticket cancellations can only be requested up to 3 days before the event date.
Cancellation Fees: The fee covers our costs with processing your cancellations (such as payment provider surcharges). The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Process: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days from receiving the request for cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, refund times will vary based on provider.
