FORMAT: Constructed & 5 rounds of BO1 swiss

PRIZES:

Each player will receive an Event Pack Vol.8, Tournament Pack and a One Piece Card Game Booster
Top Placing Players will receive additional Event Pack Vol.8 and an additional booster
The winner will receive an Alt-Art Card OP13-119 Portgas.D.Ace
And lucky dip participation prizes for the event!
