Position – Retail Store Manager
Job brief
We are looking for passionate and driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management of Decked Out Gaming.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals, and manage store events.
Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management, and passion for games and geek culture.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Meet store sale targets
- Complete store administration tasks such as organising events, completing online orders
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory ordering and online cataloguing
- Additional store manager duties as needed

- Proven successful experience as a retail manager
- Customer service skills
- Passion for gaming and geek culture
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Social Media and Ecommerce skills a bonus
